Shipping, processing and handling
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. We process orders in the order they are received, within two business days. We offer free shipping with orders over $45 ($7.95 below $45) in the US only. We can ship to Canada, for a $20 fee. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Return Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. If you need to return an item, eligible items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus $5 processing fee and any promotions. Items purchased during promotions, travel size, and gift cards can not be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to review and approval .
